Associate Attorney Role
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of medical malpractice cases on behalf of plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medical law and litigation processes, as well as a passion for advocating for the rights of injured individuals.
Conduct thorough investigations and legal research to identify potential medical malpractice cases.
Interview clients and gather evidence to support their claims.
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defendants.
Stay up-to-date on changes in medical malpractice law and litigation trends.
