HSE Manager
The HSE Manager will lead the development and execution of our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering a safety-first culture, minimizing workplace risks, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
Policy Development: Create and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies that align with industry standards.
Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
Training & Awareness: Design and facilitate training programs to enhance staff understanding of safety risks and best practices.
Incident Management: Investigate and analyze incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records related to incidents, audits, and inspections.
Safety Equipment Oversight: Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of all safety equipment.
Regulatory Adherence: Monitor all activities to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate HSE performance and recommend improvements.
