Our client in Denver, Colorado has an immediate need for a MSA Compliance Administrator on a minimum 6 month contract basis.

MSA Compliance Administrator Role:
The MSA Compliance Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing all vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Vendor Schedule Preparation: Develop and maintain an accurate and detailed schedule for all vendors including tracking vendor performance, compliance, and contract renewals to ensure timely engagement and optimal vendor relationships.
Master Service Agreement (MSA) Audits: Conduct thorough audits of existing MSAs to verify their completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify necessary changes and implement updates as required, ensuring alignment with current business needs and compliance standards.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Records Management: Audit COI records for all active MSAs to confirm that current and valid certificates are on file.
Gather necessary COI documentation and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
Vendor List Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the approved vendor list for all locations. This will involve monthly updates to ensure the list reflects the most current and reliable vendors available for operations.
Additional Responsibilities: As the role evolves, you may be assigned additional duties and responsibilities to support the vendor management team and the broader organizational goals.
