Operations Assistant Role:
The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations by assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processes and excellent client service.
Provide general administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files.
Assist in onboarding new clients, managing client communications, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Support compliance efforts by organizing documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with audits.
Help with the processing of transactions, account openings, and transfers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Generate regular reports on operational metrics and assist in analyzing data to improve processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support various projects and initiatives within the firm.
