Project Manager Role:
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of engineering and design projects for both public and private clients, ensuring excellence in civil engineering design and oversight, including roads, sites, drainage, and water/wastewater systems.
Clearly define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables to clients and team members.
Take full responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects from inception to completion.
Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and oversee design quality, timelines, and team performance.
Ensure timely client payments by submitting invoices promptly and following up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Review all plans, specifications, and deliverables prior to submission to the City and/or clients.
Exceed client expectations through accurate, complete, and timely communication and deliverables.
Submit approved change orders before commencing work on projects.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, analysts, and professionals, including mentoring young engineers and interns
Collaborate with the survey crew on-site to ensure high-quality work.
Foster and maintain client relationships while contributing to new business development efforts.
Stay informed about industry standards, practices, and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
Possess a broad understanding of software tools, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
