Our client located in Dallas, TX is hiring a Senior Program Manager. This is anticipated to be a multi-year contract opportunity that will be based in-office.

Senior Program Manager Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-impact operational projects, focused on driving transformation within our Commissions and Contracting teams.
Lead the rollout and standardization of the NetSuite Centralized Commission Payables process. Ensure smooth integration and alignment with business goals.
Oversee the completion of 1099 reporting for 2024, ensuring all required data is accurately collected and filed by the January deadline.
Collaborate with other project managers to track and report on the status of the Enhanced Commissions initiative with completion scheduled for 2025 and 2026.
Manage and monitor a variety of other initiatives in progress, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
You will manage critical initiatives, collaborate across departments, and shape the future of the business operations.
Lead and manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
Senior Program Manager will define project objectives, deliverables, and required resources while developing actionable plans to drive results.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including operations, finance, sales, technology, and more, to ensure seamless execution and communication across functions.
Provide insightful analysis to refine processes, boost efficiency, and improve overall project performance.
Senior Program Manager will prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Proactively identify challenges and risks, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Engage with internal partners, including relationship managers and advisors, to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.
Lead budget development and ongoing monitoring of project expenses and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and with optimal use of resources.

Senior Program Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
7 years in program or project management, ideally within accounting, operations, or business transformation initiatives.
Proven success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, particularly in operational and software implementation environments.
Strong background in business process optimization and organizational design.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) are a plus.
