Construction Litigation Paralegal Role
This construction litigation paralegal will support two partners in complex construction matters from inception to trial or settlement
Conduct thorough legal research on construction law issues, regulations, and precedents.
Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial materials.
Manage and organize large volumes of documents, evidence, and exhibits for discovery and trial purposes.
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court personnel as necessary.
Assist in the preparation and scheduling of depositions, hearings, and trials.
Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and construction documents for relevant information and potential legal issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including electronic databases and paper files.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing billing and expenses.
