Our client, located in the Dallas area, is looking for a Regional FP&A Manager to add to their team. This is a direct hire, on-site opportunity.

Regional FP&A Manager Role:
In this role, you will provide support to a geographic area comprising about a dozen branch sites
Financial modeling; Volume/Rate/Mix Margin driver analyses
Prepare & distribute Performance Dashboard Metrics reports
Create/use tools to analyze monthly performance assessments by profit/cost center, forecasting and planning activities, and evaluating customer/product/job profitability.
Produce regular financial reports for company-wide dissemination
Spearhead the annual planning and monthly forecasting procedures, including delivering presentations to senior leadership.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business systems, including SAP, Power BI, and other Data Warehouses in order to diagnose business performance drivers

Regional FP&A Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
MBA degree from an accredited college with a concentration in Finance is preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A work experience
3+ years of experience spent as a financial leader/ partner to business unit leader
Experience in the electrical supplies distribution or similar industry is a huge plus
Demonstrated experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar data visualization tool, leading monthly forecasting, and annual planning processes (encompassing sales, margin, costs, and key balance sheet metrics)
