Personal Injury Attorney Role
2+ years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation
This Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials as 1st chair
Draft Pleadings, Motions, Discovery, and a wide range of legal documents
Research and analyze relevant issues, laws, and regulations to assist in case strategy
Correspond with clients, opposing counsel and Courts
Legal research
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Prepare complex cases in federal and state courts
Advise clients based on analysis of facts and applicable laws
Negotiate settlement terms with opposing party or counsel
