Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Role:
In this role, you will work with all company locations leading the company’s recruitment strategy to provide outstanding talent for a strong and fast-moving workforce.
Responsible for overseeing the ongoing staffing needs and ensuring great relationships with candidates and employees.
You will provide strategic assistance as well as tactical assistance and take a “roll up your sleeves” approach when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Human Resources and HR Directors to execute the talent acquisition strategic plan, processes, and procedures for the company.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, selection, offers, relocation, and onboarding processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to achieve optimal outcomes, managing a team of approximately 6-8 direct reports.
Work in conjunction with leadership and stakeholders at all levels to identify recruitment and hiring development needs, devise and deliver solutions and content, and assess their effectiveness.
